You may have to synchronize the content of two folders that most of its content with the way copy-paste, and a time you only want to copy the new files on the destination directory does not exist yet.
When the copy-paste process in progress, usually appear akan Confirm File Replace window. Selecting Yes, then the same file will be replaced with the source files, and a confirmation window will appear when the files hold the same. Choose Yes to All, for all purposes the same in-akan replace. Select No, if you found a file with the same name, do not replace, but this confirmation request will display each file to find the same name. Select No to All, obviously the key is not available.
In matter of fact No To All the action is provided, so the process will only copy the file on the destination folder does not exist yet. I click the button and hold [Shift] on your keyboard while clicking on the No button on the confirmation window. Although very rare, I just know how to do this, at least, the process becomes faster.
